Hum a low note to feel the vibration in your chest. Stimulates the vagus nerve to soothe stress.

Technique: Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR)
By tensing and relaxing different muscle groups, you can discharge stored tension and increase body awareness.

Technique: Shaking It Off (Neurogenic Tremors)
Deliberately shaking your arms, legs, or whole body for 1 to 2 minutes can help release excess adrenaline and restore a sense of calm.
